Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Dispatch

We process and dispatch orders efficiently to safeguard product stability:

Next-Day Dispatch: Orders are dispatched the next day, except Sundays.
Dispatch is available on Saturdays before 10:00 AM. After that, the next dispatch is on Monday.
All items are wrapped in unbranded, discreet, protective padding to protect vials against handling impact.

2. Delivery Speeds & Carriers

UK Tracked Delivery (1–2 Days): Standard delivery handled via Royal Mail Tracked. Tracking codes are emailed immediately upon order fulfillment.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to contamination risks, chemical safety standards, and strict chain-of-custody requirements for research reagents, we cannot accept physical returns or exchanges once orders leave our storage facility.

Spoilage & Unauthorised Waters: We cannot give refunds for spoilage caused by using unauthorised waters.

Damaged Transit Claims: If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and contents for an immediate reshipment or credit.
